TERMS & CONDITIONS
By booking our services, the parent or guardian agrees to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of their child(ren). Your consent for your child(ren) and their guests to participate in Candy Film activities is implied upon booking.
Bookings and payments
We operate on a first-come, first-served basis, and bookings are not confirmed until a non-refundable deposit is paid. The remaining balance will be sent via a second invoice, which is due at least 7 days before the party date. Please note that the booking will not be considered final until this payment is received. Any changes to your booking will place it on hold until both parties have confirmed a new agreement. You will receive an email with all the final details once your booking is fully confirmed.
Cancellation
Candy Film reserves the right to cancel an event due to circumstances outside of our control. If this happens, we will try to reschedule or find an alternative date for you. If a new date cannot be agreed upon, you will receive a full refund.
Refund Policy
In the event of customer cancellations, the deposit is non-refundable. Credits to future projects or services may be offered at the discretion of the management.
Candy Film does not accept responsibility for items or valuables lost, damaged or stolen during the filmmaking activities.
Safeguarding children
All Candy Film staff are DBS checked, are appointed based on their suitability for working with children, and are responsible for following the safeguarding children practices at all times.
