When parents/guardians book one of our services, they consent for their children to take part in Candy Film activities, agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions don't apply to after-school clubs, where the school policies apply instead.

Bookings and payments

All dates and time slots are on a first come first served basis. Bookings are not confirmed until the payment of a non-refundable deposit has been received. The balance is payable within 30 days from the second invoice sent after the party. If changes are made or requested your booking will go back to unconfirmed or on hold until the new agreement by both parties is confirmed. When you make a booking, confirmation details are sent to you by email with all the agreed information. 

Cancellation

Candy Film reserves the right to cancel projects, workshops or events at any time due to force majeure. In the unlikely event of cancellations, Candy Film will attempt to reschedule projects or offer alternative dates where appropriate, and if not possible we will refund in full any fees that have been paid. 

Refund Policy

In the event of customer cancellations, deposit is not refundable. Credits to future projects or services may be offered at the discretion of the management.
Candy Film does not accept responsibility for items or valuables lost, damaged or stolen during the filmmaking activities.

Safeguarding children

All Candy Film staff are DBS checked, they are appointed based on their suitability for working with children, and they are responsible for following the safeguarding children practices at all times.
